We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services. Personal data is processed regularly only with the user's consent or where processing is permitted by law.

This website uses no cookies, no Google Analytics, and no other tracking tools. No user profiles are created.

4. Contact form

When you send us an enquiry via the contact form, the information provided (name, email address, subject, message) is stored and processed in order to handle your request.

5. Early access sign-up (waitlist)

You can register for early access to the Dinkmind app on our website. By doing so, your email address is stored in order to notify you when the app launches.

Email addresses are stored via Resend (Resend Inc., USA). Resend acts as a data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Your email address is used solely for this purpose and not shared with third parties. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing justin@dinkmind.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

With respect to your personal data stored by us, you have the following rights:
